At Infront, we consider work-life balance and create an environment where every employee can continue to work actively with a sense of fulfillment.
We aim to be a company that contributes to society by providing better services to our customers and continuously grows through the high level of employee work by considering and implementing various systems to achieve this.
We are also expanding support measures to enable employees to use their time in a balanced manner to support their families and build their life plans, and to enable them to demonstrate their abilities at work again after returning to work after a temporary absence.
Seeking an environment where employees can continue to work actively
We are creating an environment in which employees can lead healthy and fulfilling lives and thereby focus more on their work.
Encouraging employees to take paid leave
This system encourages employees to have opportunities for self-development while refreshing their minds and bodies by setting aside months and days to encourage employees to take paid leave.
Average Overtime Hours
No-overtime days are set for each project to ensure that excessive work does not continue. In system development, work hours may increase before releases, etc., but the company promotes the curbing of overtime hours.
Employees are required to undergo a medical checkup once a year or when they have been working long hours. In addition, employees over 35 years of age receive a 60% to 70% subsidy when they undergo physical examinations.
We regularly hold various events such as barbecues and excursions to keep the spirit of fun alive. We also share time for refreshment, which helps to strengthen teamwork.
We support working women by offering a childcare leave system until the child is one year old (or one year and six months old if the child is not admitted to a daycare center), a shortened working hour system for childcare until the child is three years old, and exemptions and restrictions on overtime work to help them balance work and childcare.
